Lyman was named Executive Director of the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission (OFCC) in September 2019. As Executive Director, Ms. Lyman directs the daily operations of the agency, guiding capital construction projects for state agencies, state-supported universities and community colleges, as well as Ohio's comprehensive public K-12 school construction and renovation program.
